Pull the elastic as you sew so that it is the same length as the bloomer. Fold your fabric in half right sides facing and cut out two bloomer pieces. The pattern is easy for beginner sewers to make. Cut two strips of elastic for the hem 8 for 3 mos 9 for 6 mos and 10 for 12 mos.
